This Position reports to:
Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role you will have the opportunity to [  conduct all activities related to the handling of parts and semi-finished or final products in the warehouse or to/from the production line ]. Each day, you will [  be responsible for sorting and arranging material for storage as per guidelines  ]. You will also showcase your expertise by [  by performing other routine activities according to established procedures  ]

This role is contributing to the  Motion business based at Bangalore, India:

You will be mainly accountable for:  Maintaining complete and accurate data in the ERP system.
Checking the quality of incoming goods for storage.
Ensuring daily contact with suppliers.
Participating in regular inventory control processes.
Develops and maintains departmental work instructions for all tasks.

Ensures set productivity and Key Performance Indicators.

Identify an implement digitalization activity at warehouse and factory.
Develop new ideas through continual improvement activities.
optimizes warehouse capacity, inventory and floor utilization. Recommends measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.

Ensure timely support to factory feeding and to achieve monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)   Bachelors or Diploma inEC, E & EEngineering .
Minimum4to5years of Warehouse & Internallogisticsoperation experience.
Ensures various warehousing operations including

Inbound and Outbound activitiesexecuted in a safe,timelyand efficient manner.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Lean methodologies
Demonstrated leadership skills (ability to motivate, communicate with, inspire and pull together the people around them).
Knowledge of SAP system and Microsoft Office.
Problem solving, analytical, soft skills and effective communication.
Excellent communication skills in English
