Warehouse & Logistics Executive

The Warehouse & Logistics Assistant at Aitech plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and warehouse functions. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage inventory, assist with shipping and receiving, and support various logistical tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively within a team, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the organization and management of inventory within the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained.
Support the receiving process by unloading shipments, inspecting goods for damage, and verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
Prepare outgoing shipments by packing products securely and preparing shipping documentation.
Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely transportation of goods.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and operational standards.
Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and assist with regular inventory audits.
Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
