We are looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage end-to-end warehouse and dispatch operations while ensuring safety, efficiency, and zero product damage. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance people management, process control, and operational execution in a fast-moving environment.
You will play a key role in streamlining inbound and outbound movements, optimizing manpower utilization, and maintaining high operational standards across storage, handling, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Logistics Operations
Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure proper handling, sorting, and packaging of finished goods to minimize damage and breakage.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipment schedules and align them with warehouse capacity and manpower availability.
Support last-mile delivery coordination and assist with dispatches when required.
Process Control & Safety
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and prevent product loss or damage.
Ensure safe and effective use of warehouse equipment and material handling tools.
Oversee warehouse security operations and inventory protection measures.
People & Roster Management
Manage shift rosters to ensure uninterrupted manpower coverage across all operational hours.
Maintain discipline, motivation, and productivity among warehouse staff.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
Documentation & Asset Tracking
Maintain accurate records of warehouse transactions, stock movement, and operational activities.
Track fleet availability, condition, and movement to ensure smooth logistics planning.
Prepare basic operational reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain roles.
Prior exposure to 3PL operations or high-volume warehouses is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory handling, and logistics coordination.
Good time and cost management skills with a process-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
Calm, composed attitude with strong work ethics and ownership mindset.
Ability to handle operational pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
