About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Executive to manage inventory accuracy, stock movement, and inventory controls across warehouses and distribution centers. The role is critical in ensuring optimal stock availability, minimizing inventory discrepancies, and supporting seamless order fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilitie
sInventory Managemen
tMonitor and maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses and fulfillment centers
.Track stock inward, outward, transfers, returns, and adjustments in the inventory management system
.Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts
.Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate discrepancies
Stock Control & Plannin
gMonitor stock levels and identify replenishment requirements to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations
.Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure inventory availability
.Track slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions
.Support inventory forecasting and planning activities based on demand trends
Warehouse Coordinatio
nEnsure proper storage, labeling, and inventory handling practices
.Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock transfers, inventory movements, and stock verification
.Monitor inventory aging and maintain FIFO/FEFO compliance where applicable
.Ensure timely updating of inventory transactions in ERP/WMS systems
Reporting & Analysi
sPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
.Analyze inventory variance, shrinkage, and stock movement trends
.Generate reports on inventory turnover, stock coverage, and warehouse utilization
.Provide insights to improve inventory efficiency and reduce carrying costs
Process Compliance & Control
sEnsure adherence to inventory control processes and SOPs
.Participate in internal and external inventory audits
.Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory transactions
.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
.
Qualificatio
ns Educati
on Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fiel
d.
Experie
nce1–4 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, supply chain, or logisti
cs.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, D2C, consumer goods, furniture, mattress, or manufacturing industries preferr
ed.
