We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Associate to manage inventory and asset operations. Candidates with experience in commercial real estate, managed office spaces, co working, or hospitality environments are preferred
Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain inventory records for furniture, IT equipment, office supplies, pantry stock, housekeeping materials, and facility assets.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate with procurement and vendors for purchase orders, deliveries, and invoice reconciliation.
Conduct periodic physical stock audits and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
Track movement of assets across locations and maintain asset registers.
Support new centre setup, workspace fit-outs, and inventory planning for expansion projects
Maintain inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards.
Coordinate with operations, admin, facilities, and community teams for inventory requirements. Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of materials and assets
Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and inventory process improvements.
Prepare MIS reports related to stock consumption, asset utilisation, and procurement status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
