About the Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on, high-energy Warehouse Executive to run our day-to-day warehouse operations. In a fast-fashion environment where thousands of units move daily, speed and accuracy are everything.
You will manage the end-to-end execution of our warehouse floor—from the moment fabric and raw materials arrive to the final dispatch of customer orders. This is a core operational role focused on maintaining strict inventory control, leading on-ground staff, and meeting tight dispatch SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Key Responsibilities
Floor Operations:
Oversee daily end-to-end warehouse functions including Inbound (receiving), Inventory placement, Picking, Packing, and Dispatch.
SLA Adherence:
Ensure all daily D2C and retail orders are packed and handed over to logistics partners within strict timelines.
Inventory Control:
Maintain 100% stock accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to eliminate mismatches.
Manpower Management:
Supervise and direct the warehouse packing and sorting staff, monitoring daily productivity and floor discipline.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate directly with transporters, courier partners, and internal teams to resolve any transit or fulfillment delays.
Process Enforcement:
Ensure the team strictly follows safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Reporting:
Track and maintain clean daily operational logs, stock reports, and dispatch metrics.
Key
Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of core on-ground experience in warehouse operations, ideally within a fast-paced D2C, eCommerce, or Apparel brand.
Solid hands-on knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, or integrators (like Unicommerce/Easy Ecom).
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining stock ledgers and generating daily dispatch reports.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of warehouse helpers and packers.
Graduate in any stream (Candidates with a background or diploma in Operations/Logistics will be preferred).
