The successful candidate will report to the General Manager and must be hardworking, reliable and possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills.

Key Responsibilities Managing inbound and outbound telephone calls, taking and relaying messages accurately and professionally Receiving and processing new job instructions via email or telephone Logging and updating information across multiple systems and client portals Effectively managing Surveyors' diaries, coordinating appointments and supporting all office communications Maintaining regular customer contact and delivering a professional, friendly and efficient service at all times Monitoring and following up on information to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved across multiple platforms and portals Maintaining accurate, detailed and up-to-date records and issuing weekly management information reports Arranging site visits for surveyors, trace and access technicians and coordinating all requirements to support operational needs Liaising closely with Clients, Surveyors and Subcontractors to ensure the smooth delivery of services and ensure booked site visits comply with SLA requirements Providing general administrative support to the wider team as and when required

Essential Criteria Excellent computer literacy and proficiency across a range of software systems and applications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver excellent customer focus, care and service Confident, self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team The ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and remain calm and professional when working under pressure A proactive and solution-focused approach, demonstrating initiative and a positive, can-do attitude Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach to work Previous administrative or reception experience is desirable Closing date for all applications is:
