WHAT IS BBC CREATIVE U?

It's your FREE 12‑week online masterclass from the BBC's in‑house award winning advertising agency, BBC Creative. We're passionate about building a diverse creative industry, and that's where you come in!

• Masterclasses with industry pros: Learn everything including idea generation, strategy, copywriting and art direction.
• A dedicated mentor during AND after the scheme: Someone to guide you and answer all your questions.
• The chance to create something amazing for your portfolio: From the brief, through to creation – you'll have our guidance!
• Valuable connections: Meet industry experts and fellow aspiring creatives.

This is perfect for you if:

• You're 18+ and bursting with creative ideas (no experience needed!)
• You're from a Black, Asian and minority ethnic background
• Are available virtually from 4-6pm every Tuesday from the 14th April 2026
• You want to learn from the best and get your foot in the industry door

We want to see your creativity shine, please complete 3 of the 4 challenges below (Question 1 is mandatory – you can choose the other two yourself!). You can answer these in any format you’d like and don’t worry, you don't need fancy equipment or to be an expert, just be you.
