Location: Bangor, Onsite
Salary: £26,000 per annum + benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We are recruiting a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a well-established organisation with a strong operational footprint across multiple locations. This role plays a key part in supporting valued clients, managing day-to-day service activity, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience.
You'll be working in a fast-paced office environment, acting as a central point of contact for assigned accounts while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for allocated customer accounts
- Handle incoming queries and issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate service activity and meet agreed timelines
- Maintain accurate records by updating customer and operational information across internal systems
- Monitor account activity and highlight opportunities to improve service levels
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance processes and customer satisfaction
- Proven experience delivering excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Comfortable working under pressure in a busy office environment
- Strong IT capability and experience working across multiple systems
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a customer service-focused role
- Background in a high-volume operational or coordination-based environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable in a dynamic setting
