We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated
** Assistant SENCo
** to join our inclusive and dynamic SEND team. You will support the SENCo in coordinating and delivering high-quality support for students with special educational needs and disabilities across the school. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about inclusion and student success to make a real difference in a thriving school community.

* Key Responsibilities:
*** Support the SENCo in overseeing the day-to-day management of the SEND provision.
* Assist in the development, implementation, and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and provision maps.
* Monitor and track the progress of students with SEND and intervene as appropriate.
* Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure students’ needs are met.
* Contribute to staff training and raise awareness of SEND strategies and best practice.
