As Safeguarding Specialist you will be responsible for supporting learner enquires via email and phone and ensuring relevant learner support is of an acceptable level to be determined as Ofsted outstanding. You will provide support staff and take responsibility for day to day operation of learner communications and provide professional guidance regarding all types of learner enquiry ensuring all learners receive the highest quality of support.
