A local educational authority is seeking a Classroom Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and participate in a child-centered learning environment. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 qualification and possess skills in planning, communication, and teamwork. A minimum of 6 weeks' experience in a formal learning environment is required, as well as a strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding protocols.
The role offers the opportunity to work closely with teachers to enhance student engagement and independence.
