Qualifications/ Professional Membership Qualifications must be obtained at the date of taking up appointment:
Hold a teaching qualification which meets the requirements for recognition to teach in grant-aided schools in Northern Ireland. (Primary qualifications acceptable) Hold suitable qualifications such as A Levels/Level 3 BTECs in Science and/or related subjects. Hold a degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification which has prepared the applicant to teach (Primary qualifications acceptable) Shortlisting by Application Form Experience Minimum of 3 months' demonstrable experience of teaching to achieve positive learning outcomes (Teaching practice accepted) Demonstrable commitment to the wider life of a school/college.
