Accounts Assistant; Bangor

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience in a finance or accounts function who is looking to develop their skills and progress their career within a supportive finance team. A Newly created role, to make your own on a Full time, Permanent basis.

• Support the Finance Manager with accurate monthly accounts
• Complete weekly and monthly reconciliations, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Process staff expenses, petty cash and supplier statements
• Set up and process bank payments
• Assist with month-end routines and journals
• Produce reports and provide information for year-end audit
• Analyse costs and support internal reporting
• Liaise with internal colleagues and external suppliers as required

• Previous experience working in a UK finance or accounts environment
• Experience using Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
• A confident communicator and team player
• Professional, approachable and reliable
