Position: Finance Assistant (Part-Time) TLNT1_NI
Location: Bangor

Finance Assistant (Part-Time) Bangor (BT19) Salary c.£13.70 p/h DOE On behalf of our client, McKinty Associates are seeking to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant on a Part-time Temporary basis. Youll work closely with the Financial Controller and Heads of Departments to ensure full compliance with financial operating procedures. It is envisaged that the hours will be but this may fluctuate slightly.

Duties Supplier invoice processing and statement reconciliation Preparation of monthly supplier payments Monthly reconciliation of purchase ledger to nominal ledger Daily revenue reconciliation from POS Processing of all shift audits and receipts Processing fortnightly payroll Preparing bank lodgements Control Petty Cash Assist with preparation monthly cost and margin variance reports General administration duties including HR Admin Other adhoc requested by the Financial Controller Eligibility criteria:
Experience working as part of a busy finance team (3 years experience minimum) Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages (Sage 50) Hospitality industry experience (desirable not essential) High level of expertise in use of Microsoft packages including Excel and Word Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines Strong planning and organising skills Good numeracy and time management skills Keen eye for detail Applications for this role will be considered immediately with a view to placing the right individual ASAP, so please register your interest early.
