£13.40 to £15.75 per hour, PLUS pension and holiday pay (equating to a rolled‑up rate of £15.47 to £17.89). We offer a competitive pay structure that reflects the value of caring work.

As a Home Care Worker you will support people of all ages with daily living and personal care, ensuring independence and safety in their own homes.

• Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
• Medication and meal preparation
• Household tasks and daily routines
• Encouraging independence and providing companionship

With 6 months experience we also offer opportunities to work in specialised areas:

• Complex Care – spinal injuries, neurological disorders, respiratory needs (includes tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, postural support, etc.)
• Children’s Support – personal, emotional and daily assistance for children and young people with complex needs
• Mental Health Support – practical and emotional support to manage routines, reduce isolation and build confidence

• At least 18 years old
• Willing to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
• Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required
• For Complex Care, Children’s or Mental Health duties – at least 6 months of hands‑on UK care experience

There is no prior experience necessary – our induction training will equip you with the skills and confidence you need.
