The Ultimate "Anchor" Role

Are you a Prescriber with a passion for neurodevelopmental care and a background in complex patient assessments?

Our client is a premier, psychiatry-led digital health provider currently entering a landmark phase of expansion. As the service continues to grow at an exponential rate, we are looking for a Specialist ADHD Prescriber to join the team.

We understand that top-tier clinicians often value a "portfolio career." That is why we are offering a Flexible Full-Time model. You get the full security, benefits, and salary of a permanent PAYE employee, but with a scheduling approach designed to let you maintain locum work, private practice, or consultancy alongside your primary commitment to us.

The Role

In this high-impact position, you will be the clinical lead for your own patient cohort, supported by a collaborative MDT including Consultant Psychiatrists and the Head of Clinical Operations.

  • Clinical Assessments
    :
Lead on patient assessments to determine suitability for pharmacological intervention.
  • Specialist Titration
    :
Manage the end-to-end initiation and titration of stimulant and non-stimulant medications.
  • Holistic Management
    :
Support patients with comorbidities including anxiety, depression, and substance use.
  • Autonomous Practice
    :
Maintain high-level clinical decision-making across a dedicated caseload.
  • MDT Leadership
    :
As a founding clinician, help shape the clinical roadmap and mentor junior staff as the team expands.
About You

We are looking for an expert who understands that neurodiversity is a difference, not a deficit.

  • Qualifications
    :
You must be an NMC Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD preferred) or GPhC Registered Pharmacist with an active Independent Prescribing (V300) annotation.
  • Core Experience
    :
Proven experience in ADHD assessments and medication titration is essential.
  • NHS Knowledge
    :
Familiarity with the Right to Choose framework and NHS GP liaison is highly desirable.
  • Tech-Forward
    :
Comfortable conducting remote video consultations and navigating digital clinical systems.
Why Join Us?
  • Bespoke Flexibility
    :
We offer a permanent "home" that respects your professional freedom. We are happy to discuss flexible weekly hours that secure your full-time status while leaving you room to thrive elsewhere.
  • Clinical Stability
    :
Enjoy salaried security backed by a growing number of assessments and huge patient demand.
  • Remote-First
: A truly flexible, fully remote role with a supportive, connected culture
