• Source, engage, and qualify candidates within a niche market.
• Use multiple channels including job boards, Linked In, database searches, and targeted outreach to identify talent.
• Conduct initial screening calls, assessing suitability and motivation.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
• Support consultants in delivering shortlists, arranging interviews, and managing candidate pipelines.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with your team to achieve placement and revenue targets.

• Previous experience in recruitment resourcing within construction, demolition or Industrial is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Driven, target-focused, and self-motivated.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
