Location: Bangor

We are seeking an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specialising in the US Construction or Pharmaceutical / Life Science market. We are keen to speak to experienced Recruiters, looking for career advancement within a high-reward, niche business. We operate all aspects of working from hybrid to remote and recognise that this differs for each person.

We have staff working in our offices as well as people currently working fully remote across the UK, Europe and US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client relationships with a consultative approach, understanding hiring needs and building long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively source and engage professionals within the US Construction or Pharmaceutical/Life Science market, from senior management to niche specialists.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process, from client briefing to offer management.
  • Key focus is on the candidate journey, spending time understanding candidate requirements and building relationships that will last for years.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of industry experts, sharing market insights and best practices.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies within the US market.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the US Construction or Pharmaceutical/Life Science sector.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Resilient and proactive approach, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
