About the Role:I’m looking for a senior IT professional to take on a hands‑on technical leadership role across multiple sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to stay technical, tackle complex problems, and be the go‑to IT expert

- Act as the main technical escalation point for IT issues.
- Own and resolve challenging incidents across multiple sites.
- Support IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and help shape IT support processes.
- 4+ years’ IT support experience in a senior or advanced role.
- Strong experience with Windows environments and end‑user support.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Willingness to travel across the South East.
- Eligible for enhanced DBS clearance
