• Meet clients face-to-face across a broad range of sectors and industries
• Lead technical conversations around innovation, development activity and qualifying projects
• Assess projects against current R&D Tax Credit legislation and guidelines
• Translate complex technical discussions into clear and compliant technical reports

• Strong understanding of technology, IT systems, software solutions and innovation-led business environments
• Ability to understand how technology and process improvements drive efficiency, scalability and commercial performance within organisations
• Experience working within SaaS, software, IT consulting, digital transformation, systems implementation or broader technology-focused environments would be highly advantageous
• Comfortable discussing technical projects with senior stakeholders and translating complex information into clear, professional documentation
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify operational improvements and innovation activity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and working to deadlines
• Confident engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
