Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year

  • Ability to proactively and effectively collaborate with all members of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business specialists and service designers to translate business requirements and user needs into new services, products, or enhancements to existing services and user experience
  • Create and manage service and product backlogs, prioritising effectively with key stakeholders while actively leading supplier delivery
  • Agree and manage user story sign‑off, including prioritisation for sprint planning
  • Create and maintain strong stakeholder engagement with business and programme partners
  • Analyse end‑to‑end digital user journeys using evidence and analytics, ensuring user researcher findings are captured and reviewed against the user experience design
  • Create multi‑channel support models for services working with wider delivery partners
  • Proactively identify problems and issues that may affect successful service adoption
  • Apply communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills to ensure the teams plans and objectives are achieved
  • Gather and analyse data on costs, benefits, and service performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Understand the wider service delivery and technical landscape to ensure cross‑service impact analysis occurs
  • Communicate credibly with a wide range of digital delivery partners internally and externally
