A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Legal PA to provide high-level, proactive support to a team of senior fee earners within Banking. This is a true PA role requiring strong diary management, confidence working with partners, and the ability to operate as a trusted support professional in a fast-paced environment.

• Complex diary and travel management
• Proactive inbox and workflow management
• Drafting correspondence and emails on behalf of partners
• Acting as key point of contact for internal and external clients
• Supporting client meetings, events, and presentations
• Assisting with billing, WIP monitoring, and matter administration
• Coordinating with Business Development and wider support teams
• Overseeing routine tasks delegated to junior administrative support

• Proven experience as a Legal PA / Senior Legal Secretary
• Strong diary management and organisational skills
• Confident, professional communicator at partner level
• Proactive, detail-focused, and able to prioritise effectively
• Comfortable working autonomously and challenging where appropriate
