• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to solicitors, including preparing correspondence and legal documents, managing email inboxes, and ensuring filing systems are well structured.
• Arrange and oversee a busy diary and appointment schedule.
• Maintain case files in an organised, up-to-date, and easily retrievable manner.
• Deliver exceptional client service by handling enquiries professionally and supplying timely updates to clients and third parties.

• Demonstrable experience as a Legal Secretary is essential – background in family law or litigation is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
