Our client, a leading organisation based in Bangor, is seeking a dedicated Purchasing & Trade Compliance Administrator to support their supply chain functions and ensure seamless goods movement into Northern Ireland.
Salary & Benefits- £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Essentialcriteria
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to liaise professionally with suppliers and colleagues
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge or experience with Trader Support Service (TSS) and customs procedures is desirable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Produce suggested purchase orders based on stock levels and demand forecasts
- Raise and process purchase orders efficiently and accurately
Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules - Monitor outstanding orders and follow up on delayed shipments
- Prepare and submit Trader Support Service (TSS) declarations for goods entering Northern Ireland
- Ensure customs declarations comply with current regulations and are submitted on time
- Maintain comprehensive records of all customs and purchase documentation
- Assist with stock planning and supplier performance reviews
- Support with compliance monitoring to keep procedures aligned with evolving regulations
