Job Introduction

Are you a hands‑on leader who takes real pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments?

At Sodexo, we believe every detail matters. We’re currently looking for a Fixed Term Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in the day‑to‑day cleaning operations on site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, supporting their team, and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning activities, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with the cleaning schedule, and stepping in to support the team with additional tasks when needed. If you’re organised, approachable, and motivated by delivering excellent service as part of a trusted global organisation, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver consistently high cleaning standards, following training and schedules to ensure client areas are always clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Take pride in the details by proactively identifying and rectifying any issues, defects, or spillages as soon as they are observed.
  • Work safely and responsibly, completing equipment checks, following P&G site rules, and complying with all Sodexo and statutory Health & Safety requirements.
  • Be a reliable team player, able to work independently or collaboratively, with the flexibility to adapt to changing cleaning priorities.
  • Maintain a professional and organised approach, keeping equipment and cupboards tidy, completing required training on time
What We’re Looking For:
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent standards of cleanliness at all times.
  • Professional, flexible, and reliable, with a positive approach to maintaining high cleaning standards.
  • Confident communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both Sodexo colleagues and client teams.
  • Able to work effectively on your own initiative as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
What we offer:
  • Mental health & wellbeing support
  • Employee Assistance Programme for personal, legal, and financial advice
  • 24/7 virtual GP & lifestyle rewards
  • Discounts for you & family
  • Financial tools & retirement plan
  • Cycle to Work & Paid volunteering day

Excited to grow with a team that values you? Don’t wait—apply today, and let’s build something amazing together
