£14.50 - £15.50 per hour DOE

Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week. Shift/rota work discussed xibility both given and required.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fibreglasser / GRP Finisher to join a dynamic team dedicated to quality and craftsmanship. In this role, you will be working on the interior of commercial vans of various sizes, including popular models like Ford Transit and Mercedes‑Benz Sprinter, applying fiberglass that will later transform these vehicles into refrigerated units.

• Preparing van interiors for lamination using grinders and sanding tools
• Cutting fiberglass sheets to size and mixing resin for wet lay application on plywood surfaces inside the vans

• You prioritise health and safety alongside employee wellbeing
• You have hands‑on experience as a fibreglasser
• You understand the manufacturing process and take pride in high‑quality finishes
