** Shift Pattern – PM Shift**
* ** Monday–Thursday:
** 14:00–22:00    
* Includes a 40‑minute break (20 minutes paid, 20 minutes unpaid).*
* ** Friday:
** 12:00–18:00    
* Includes a 20‑minute break (10 minutes paid, 10 minutes unpaid).
* Flexibility to work overtime as operational needs require is essential.##
** Key Responsibilities
*** Comply with all mandatory PPE requirements.
* Maintain accurate production records using physical documentation and the SAP ERP system.
* Perform manual handling of materials and finished goods up to 22 kg.
* Decant finished products in accordance with specified weight requirements.
* Adhere strictly to all safety procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and site regulations.
* Communicate effectively and professionally with senior operatives and colleagues.
* Promptly report any EHS concerns, near misses, accidents, or incidents.
* Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
* Carry out any additional tasks or duties as directed by the Team Leader.##
** Required Qualifications and Attributes
*** Basic qualifications in Mathematics and English.
* Ability to consistently lift items up to 22 kg.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and system entry.
* Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
* Clear and effective communication skills.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to develop new skills.##
** Preferred Experience
*** Experience using SAP (training will be provided as necessary).
* Previous experience working with chemicals or within an ATEX‑controlled environment.
* Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (advantageous but not essential).
