Shift: Monday-Thursday, 07:30am - 7:30pm (2 weeks) Night

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:30pm - 07:30am (2 weeks) (48 hours per week on a rotating basis) About the Role As an Extrusion Team Leader, you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly within the extrusion department. You'll lead and motivate a team, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll act as the link between management and the shop floor-supporting your team, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement across the department.

Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support your team to achieve daily targets Ensure production meets quality standards and customer requirements Promote and maintain high Health & Safety and housekeeping standards Coordinate daily production activities and workflows Liaise with other departments to ensure materials and schedules are aligned Identify improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste Support training and development of team members Complete reporting and system updates accurately What We're Looking For Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership and communication skills Experience working to production targets and schedules Good IT skills, including Excel A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability Knowledge of Health & Safety and quality standards Must have a valid right to work in Northern Ireland Desirable (but not essential) Experience in plastics extrusion Lean / Yellow Belt knowledge Supervisory qualification Understanding of ISO
