Shift Pattern- Monday – Thursday
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are looking for an experienced Machine Operative to join a busy food manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining product quality, preparing ingredients, and supporting packaging operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
- Prepare and handle ingredients according to production requirements
- Monitor product quality and report any issues
- Carry out packaging and labelling duties
- Follow food hygiene, health & safety, and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and organised working area
- Complete production checks and records as required
- Identify and report machinery or production issues
- Minimum 5 years' experience operating machinery in a food manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of food production and hygiene standards
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and safety-conscious
- Must be a car owner with the ability to drive to and from the site
- Salary of £40,000 – £45,000
- Full-time position
- Consistent Monday–Thursday shift pattern
