About

you
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within FMCG or food manufacturing
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage KPIs, quality standards, and technical documentation effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and hands-on approach
  • Relevant HACCP and Health & Safety qualifications are desirable
  • Leadership or management qualifications and GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) are preferred
What you'll do
  • Lead and motivate your production team to operate safely, efficiently, and to high standards
  • Manage key performance indicators such as safety, quality, and productivity
  • Assist in planning the department workload and optimise labour utilisation
  • Drive standards for food safety, hygiene, and quality compliance
  • Conduct investigations and performance reviews, fostering a culture of accountability and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Technical and Dispatch
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and embed Lean principles across your team
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
