• Previous experience in food production or dairy processing preferred
• Capable of working independently and following detailed procedures
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with temperature and documentation monitoring
• Computer literate with basic data entry skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Collect and transport milk from the farm, ensuring safe handling
• Receive and document incoming milk deliveries accurately
• Conduct key food safety and quality checks, maintaining traceability
• Set up and monitor pasteurisation and incubation processes
• Ensure all cleaning and equipment maintenance procedures are completed
• Maintain a tidy and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards
• Contribute positively to team productivity and workplace safety
