About you Previous experience in food production or dairy processing preferred Capable of working independently and following detailed procedures Strong attention to detail, particularly with temperature and documentation monitoring Computer literate with basic data entry skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Reliable attendance and punctuality What you'll do Collect and transport milk from the farm, ensuring safe handling Receive and document incoming milk deliveries accurately Conduct key food safety and quality checks, maintaining traceability Set up and monitor pasteurisation and incubation processes Ensure all cleaning and equipment maintenance procedures are completed Maintain a tidy and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards Contribute positively to team productivity and workplace safety For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Cian France for a confidential chat today.
