Your responsibilities will include:
Providing safe, high-quality nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs. Promoting and maintaining a person-centred approach throughout the home. Acting as a positive role model for colleagues while building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Monitoring, reviewing, and updating care plans, clinical policies, and procedures where required. Assisting the Nurse Manager with day-to-day operations and providing management cover during periods of absence.
Supporting the efficient running of the service by helping to maximise resources and contribute to the home's operational success. Requirements To be considered, you will need:
Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD). A minimum of six months' post-registration nursing experience. A valid and active NMC PIN.
