We’re recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to join our Bloomfield team in Bangor. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in running the store, driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.
Responsibilities- Lead by example, foster teamwork, and thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
- Drive compliance in stock, safety, and processes.
- Bring energy and passion for retail, with ambition to grow into a Store Manager role.
- Experienced retail manager in fast‑paced, high‑turnover environments
- Skilled in leading and developing large teams, driving KPIs, and adapting to varied shifts.
- FMCG or big‑box retail experience preferred but not essential.
Location: Bangor, Bloomfield Shopping Centre
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 per week
