Pay rate: £14.51 per hour
Full time contracted (45 hours per week). Must be available to work late nights, early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Job OverviewMitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.
VettingIt is required that you hold a current SIA licence or SIA certificates. A full 5‑year checkable employment/education history is necessary; failure to provide may result in offer withdrawal or employment termination.
Main Duties- Deliver industry-leading customer service.
- Deterrence of violence and public order offences.
- Conduct patrols of the store.
- Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss.
- Liaise with store management teams.
- Liaise with the Police and crime partnerships to foster a strong working relationship and support crime reduction.
- Wear Body‑Worn CCTV to increase safety for customers and colleagues.
