Job Description

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with the flexibility to work as few as 12 hours.

Sun: 13:00-20:30

Mon: 19:15-23:00

Wed: 13:30-24:00

Thu: 13:00-24:00

Fri: 13:00-24:00

Sat: 13:00-24:00

• Help to serve shoppers better every day.
• Meet great people, learn new things, and be part of a specialist, diverse team where everyone is welcome.
• Work across the store in customer service, picking and replenishment areas when required.
• Apply training received, working safely, effectively, and serving customers brilliantly.
• Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet their needs at the right time.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance, drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.

• May be required to accept deliveries into the store.
