Location: Bangor
B&M Retail Limited is recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor for our Damolly Retail Park, Newry location. This permanent, part-time position requires 20 hours of work per week with flexible shifts including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
The Customer Service Supervisor will assist the Customer Service Manager to ensure exceptional service delivery at the checkout and cash office, while supporting team members. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for retail.
