Overview

Ballyrobert Vauxhall is looking for a self-motivated New Car Controller to join their team in Bangor. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by creating energy and excitement around the Vauxhall brand. This opportunity would suit a Senior Sales Consultant who wants to progress their career towards management, or someone already in a controller role seeking further experience with a new brand to enhance their CV and prospects.

• Ensure that the team sells an agreed volume of New Vauxhall vehicles whilst retaining budgeted profitability and meeting customer satisfaction objectives.
• Hands-on role in which you enjoy meeting customers and closing deals.
• Promote the Vauxhall brand values in the local area.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction objectives and strive to retain customers at the retail facility and the brand.
• Demonstrate a high level of motivation, drive, and good business sense.
• Maintain a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to seek out, negotiate, and secure profitable sales of new vehicles and additional products to the retail sector.
• Demonstrate excellent management skills and the ability to motivate staff.
• Ensure correct administration procedures are adhered to by all sales staff.
• Build prospective business by asking for referrals, following up on prospects, and calling prospective customers.
• Participate fully in measurement and feedback processes, complete and return documentation on time, and embrace personal training and development opportunities.

• Full driving license required.
• Only those with relevant motor trade experience should apply.
