We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent service, and seeing transactions through from instruction to completion.

As Sales Negotiator, you will take ownership of residential sales transactions from instruction through to completion. You will act as the main point of contact for vendors, buyers, solicitors, and advisers, ensuring that each transaction progresses smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. This is a varied and commercially focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people‑centred environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Issuing and managing Terms of Engagement
• Coordinating property marketing and advertising
• Registering buyers and managing enquiries
• Conducting and organising viewings
• Providing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers professionally and effectively
• Issuing Memoranda of Sale
• Managing sales progression from offer agreed to completion
• Proactively managing chains and preventing fall‑throughs
