Established over 10 years ago, our client is fast-growth software company providing a range of solutions to the social care space. Recognised as part of Deloitte’s Tech Fast 50, they have gone from strength to strength since their inception and are now turning over north of £10M annually.
They are now looking to grow their new business team; the Business Development Manager opportunity is a key role in driving new client acquisition & building the foundations of strong, long-term relationships with prospective accounts.

This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
Responsibilities- Identify & prospect new business opportunities across the social care space
- Build & manage a long-term sales pipeline, maintaining regular contact with prospective clients
- Deliver tailored demonstrations to prospective clients
- Manage the full sales cycle through to deal closure
- Collaborate with customer success team to drive smooth handover for post-sales
- Attend industry events & trade shows when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activities
- 2+ years SaaS sales experience
- Experience managing the full sales cycle is essential
- A background in the Care Tech space would be a plus, but candidate from a wide range of software backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Experience using Hub Spot would be a plus
- MEDDIC training would be a plus
- Based in Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales
