Role OverviewAs an On-Trade Sales & Development Manager, you will drive growth across the on-trade channel, building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional sales performance.
You will ensure customers are equipped with the knowledge, products, and creative solutions required to excel in a competitive marketplace.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Account Growth- Drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with on-trade customers across bars, restaurants, and hotels.
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to enhance their offering and customer experience.
- Utilise digital and technology solutions that streamline operations, enhance engagement, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Act as a brand ambassador within the Greater Belfast area, representing a premium portfolio of spirits and wines.
- Collaborate with in-house educators and marketing teams to provide customer training, menu development, and promotional support.
- Support customers in differentiating themselves within a competitive market.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
- Provide proactive commercial advice and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience selling premium spirits within on-trade, off-trade, or hospitality sectors.
- Genuine passion for spirits, wines, and the broader drinks landscape.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy and market dynamics.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering sales growth and performance targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain diverse client relationships.
- Ability to propose innovative, commercially viable solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience and drive efficiency.
