What you will do:

Lead, manage, and support a team of social workers delivering frontline children’s services.

Oversee service delivery, ensuring high standards and compliance with statutory obligations.

Facilitate regular supervision and team meetings, promoting reflective practice and continuous improvement.

Drive the development and implementation of effective policies and strategies for children and families.

Foster strong working relationships with partner agencies, supporting a multidisciplinary approach to safeguarding and family support.

Monitor and evaluate casework and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating success.
