This position is ideal for experienced Golang engineers who enjoy building highly performant backend services in a modern cloud environment. You will lead technical initiatives, drive architectural decisions, and help shape a platform designed to handle large-scale automation workloads used across major enterprise systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services built in Go.
• Lead internal and customer-facing engineering projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Own backend architecture, contributing to decisions that enhance reliability, maintainability, and long-term scalability.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze system metrics, and continuously optimise backend systems.
• Provide mentorship and promote engineering best practices across the team.

• 6-10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Ideally 3+ years of production-level Golang development
• Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and containerised environments such as Docker/Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of backend security, distributed systems, scalability patterns, and performance optimisation.

• Build high-impact backend services for an AI-driven enterprise platform used by global brands.
• Strong ownership of architecture, with influence across product and engineering decisions.
• Work in a modern cloud-native environment with Golang, distributed systems, and performance-focused engineering.
