The Senior Freight Operator role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Bangor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing freight operations, ensuring the efficient coordination of shipments via air, sea, and road. Day‑to‑day tasks include liaising with clients, managing customs compliance, resolving logistical challenges, and maintaining cost‑effective supply chain solutions. The role requires close collaboration with partners, clients, and internal teams to deliver superior service and streamline operations.

• Relevant previous experience in freight or logistics operations
• Proficiency in freight management across air, sea, and road logistics
• Strong understanding of customs compliance, permits, and regulatory processes
• Exceptional organisational and problem‑solving skills to handle operational challenges
• Excellent communication and client‑relations skills for fostering partnerships
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently as required
• Experience in using freight forwarding software and tools is an advantage
• A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred
