Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Sexual Heath team at Ysbyty Gwynedd, as a Clerical Officer.
Our Clerical Officer will be required to provide an efficient administration service to the Sexual Health team using an advanced level of organisational skills. The successful applicant will be adaptable and have the ability to work to in a fast paced environment undertaking a range of administration processes with confidence and efficiency.
Working days for this post to be confirmed.
Main duties of the jobTo provide comprehensive clerical support at demonstrating a courteous, professional and sensitive manner at all times. The post-holder will need to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post;

- Previous Clerical Experience
- Welsh Speaking
- Keyboard skills
- Able to use electronic information systems
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise tasks with minimal supervision
