Our client, one of the largest and most respected dealer groups in South Wales, is actively recruiting for a skilled Senior/Master Vehicle Technician to join their busy multi-franchise dealership in South Carmarthenshire.

Benefits- Competitive salary up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience and current earnings
- Additional earning potential through bonus schemes and overtime, paid at time and a half
- Access to a VHC bonus scheme and in‑house, manufacturer‑approved training programmes – 22 days’ holiday per year, plus 8 statutory bank holidays

- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with no weekend work
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicles accurately and efficiently in accordance with manufacturer standards and safety regulations
- Conducting servicing, repairs, and diagnostics across a range of vehicle makes and models
- Providing technical support, coaching, and mentoring to junior technicians to improve team productivity
- Ensuring all work is completed to high quality standards, within the designated timescales
- Communicating effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation for repair and service work carried out
- Working collaboratively within a busy workshop environment to meet departmental targets
- Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership environment
- Demonstrable skills in vehicle diagnostics, repair, and servicing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced workshop setting while maintaining high standards
Strong team player with good communication skills - Hold a valid UK driving licence
- Motivated and committed to delivering quality workmanship
- Previous experience as a Senior/Master Vehicle Technician is essential; currently trained technicians without senior‑level experience are not suitable for this role
