Location: Bangor
Grŵp Llandrillo Menai is seeking a compassionate call-handler to support emergency services. You will answer 999/112, DQ, and Relay UK calls, delivering rapid, confidential assistance with empathy for people facing communication challenges.
This is a temporary-to-permanent role in Bangor, Wales, on a 25-hour week with training totaling 37.5 hours over four weeks. Shift patterns run from early to late, providing critical, life-saving support within a 24/7 operation.
