As our Graduate Inclusion & SEN Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that students with special educational needs (SEN) receive the personalised support and attention they deserve.

Working closely with our experienced teaching staff, you will assist in the delivery of tailored learning programmes, providing one-on-one guidance and facilitating engaging educational activities.

• Provide dedicated support to students with SEN, working closely with teaching staff to implement personalised learning plans
• Assist in the delivery of inclusive educational activities, ensuring that all students can actively participate and engage
• Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to identify and address the unique needs of each student
• Maintain detailed records and documentation to monitor student progress and support ongoing development
• Contribute to the creation of a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity
• Recent graduate with a relevant degree in education, social work, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience or passion for working with children and young people with special educational needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Creativity and adaptability in designing engaging and inclusive learning experiences
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
