• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Providing one‑to‑one or small group support to pupils.
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Assisting with classroom preparation, resources, and activities.
• Encouraging pupil participation and promoting positive behaviour.

• Minimum 6 months experience working with children (voluntary, school‑based or transferable roles such as youth work, care, coaching).
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Caring, reliable, and ready to make a difference in the classroom.
